Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to exercise, play basketball or play baseball because these exercises are good for strengthening the body’s immunity. Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as salmon, blueberry and brocoli. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat healthy foods.
For example, I like to play volleyball, play badminton and play table tennis. The reason I like to play volleyball is because it can regulate spleen and kidney function. I also like to play badminton because it make the response more flexible. Finally, I often like to play table tennis because it can enhance intelligence.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat salmon, brocoli and blueberry at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat salmon is because it can maintain joint health. I also eat brocoli because it can protect lung health. Additionally, I like to eat blueberry because it can prevent diabetes.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much instant noodles, Fried or manufactured food because these foods cause obesity.
In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot of Vegetables, exercise by doing Ball games and avoid eating too much manufactured food.
